This website (tinvex.io) is operated by Tinvex Exchange Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland, with registered address at 31–32 Leeson Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 KA62, Ireland and company registration number (CRO) 815509. Contact: contacto@tinvex.io.

Purpose

This site presents the Tinvex Fan App (the "App"): what it is, how it works and where to download it. It is an informational site. Use of the App is governed by its own Terms and conditions; how your data is processed in it is explained in its Privacy Policy.

The benefits, levels, XP amounts, photos and screens shown on this site are examples to explain the App: each club or community chooses its own, and the ones that apply are those shown in the App at any given time. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Intellectual property

The "Tinvex" trademark, logo, design and the site contents belong to Tinvex Exchange Limited or its licensors (© 2026). The names, crests, trademarks and images of the clubs and other communities shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Reproduction is not permitted without authorisation.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, such as the app stores (App Store and Google Play) and our social media (Instagram and TikTok). Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Tinvex is not responsible for their content. Downloading the App from a store is also subject to that store's terms.

Liability

We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or continuous availability of the site. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living in another European Union country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this website. If you use the App, how your data is processed there is explained in the App Privacy Policy.

What we process

This site has no forms or sign-up, does not ask you for any data and does not let you sign in. Only the following is processed:

• Technical data from your visit. When the site loads, your browser sends the server your IP address, the type of browser and device, the page requested and the date and time. The hosting provider logs this data to serve the site and keep it secure.
• What you write to us. If you email contacto@tinvex.io, your email address, your message and our replies.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site does not load content from social networks or other third parties.

Purposes and legal basis

• Serving the site, keeping it secure and preventing abuse, using the technical data from your visit. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a site that works and is secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Replying to your messages. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your questions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if you write to exercise your rights, compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention

• Technical data from your visit: only as long as needed for those purposes and, at most, 12 months.
• Messages: 2 years from the last communication.

Recipients

The website hosting provider processes the technical data from your visit, and the email provider the messages you send us, on our behalf, as data processors and following our instructions. We will only disclose data to authorities and courts when the law requires it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

International transfers

If either of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to contacto@tinvex.io. We will reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), or with the authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cookie Policy

What we use

This site does not use cookies. It only saves two items in your browser's local storage (localStorage), which it needs to work as you ask:

• tvx_lang: the language you choose. It is kept until you change it or clear your browser storage.
• tvx_cookie: what you choose in the cookie notice, so it is not shown to you again. It is kept until you clear your browser storage.

These items stay in your browser: the site does not send them to any server.

Third parties

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies or other such technologies, whether our own or third-party. If you click or tap a link to an app store or a social network, you leave this site and that other site's policies apply.

Managing them

Because we only store what is necessary, accepting or declining in the notice does not change how the site works. If we ever use a technology that is not necessary (for example, for measurement), we will explain it here and it will only be activated if you accept it. You can clear what is stored at any time from your browser settings.
